Exchange & Refund Policy

We will gladly exchange and refund any unworn, unwashed article with original tags within 15 days of purchase. If you wish to exchange or return any product in your order, please contact our customer support and send product to the below mentioned address.

PLEASE NOTE ONLY RETURN COURIER CHARGES WILL BE PAID BY CUSTOMER. THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO BE PAID TO CHOTIDUNIA.STORE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

1. Articles returned by you for exchange or refund should be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags
2. Kindly ship the articles within 15 days of receiving them. No request will be entertained after 15 days.
3. Kindly return articles through trackable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on your own expense at our address.
4. In case of exchange, articles will be dispatched back within 30 days after receiving your package. Accepting desired exchange requests will depend on stock availability.
5. In case of refund request, money will be deposited into your given account within 14 days after receiving your article/s. Articles returned should be unworn, unwashed with original tags.
